The Annual Conference on European Tort Law provides a unique opportunity for both practitioners and academics to discover the most significant tort law developments from across Europe in 2025. A Special Session is dedicated to the topic of ‘Harmonisation of Tort Law Revisited’. As the conference celebrates its 25th anniversary, two additional events have been scheduled: An opening lecture by Helmut Koziol on ‘Rethinking the Law of Loss Allocation’ and an Early Career Panel.
